To date we have spent over $100,000. and I was told I would recieve $1400. back from the settlement....FAIR?????
Also:
Do not go to remote areas, just go to New Jersey ED patients who still do not get a fair shake. BCBS will not pay for any residential program, I think the $2.45 million could be used to help save the lives of many young women in New Jersey who suffer and die from an eating disorder.

THe article shows that those who were "denied care" will receive 1.18 million dollars in total. The attorneys will receive 2.45 million. I have to wonder why the attorneys get more than the plaintiffs?

We could sure help a lot of people who do not have healthcare with with 2.45 million. This would fund our charity care clinic for 3 years or help Remote Area Medicine bring healthcare to those in rural areas who really need it.
