No one else has a privity obstacle to compensating the doctor victim of lawyer and judge carelessness. When idiot NY lawyers came to my state thinking they could plunder as they do in NY, they got their asses kicked in court. The medmal bars of NY, both plaintiff and defense, are weak. The airtight rigging of the system by the vile judges you mentioned morally and intellectually justifies total public self-help against the cult criminals. It should begin with a boycott by all service and product providers against those on a lawyer blacklist. The judge mentioned here is a horrible left wing ideologue, incapable of being neutral. She hates all productive entities, as all left wing political hacks do, including doctors. Her entire speech is spewed hate, with no credibility. It is anti-scientific garbage.
