		<description>Awesome post, and I do think so many patients and medical companies forget how many physicians went into medicine in order to make a difference... sometimes that gets forgotten in the mishmash of litigation, claims denials, electronic medical records stimulus promises, and routine business stuff.  I probably would perk up at Big Band music too... I think I was from another era.</description>
