Judith S. Kaye Re-enters Private Practice

Today’s NY Times reports that Judith S. Kaye, former Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals, has joined Skadden Arps, in New York, NY.  There, she intends to work on public interest projects and engage in efforts to diversify the legal system.
