Republican Senator from Kentucky Predicts Justice Ginsburg’s Death

According to Debra Cassens Weiss in today’s ABAJournal.com, Senator Jim Bunning, R-Ky., made a speech Saturday in which he proclaimed that the Supreme Court was likely to have a vacancy within nine months, “because Ruth Bader Ginsburg…has cancer.”

Second Dept. Subverts Meaning of “Constructive Notice”
